I have been always been an avid gym member. I enjoy trying new classes, meeting new people and reaching goals. I became a personal trainer because I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their goals.

I like to incorporate core and balance moves for all of my clients. I believe having a strong, stable core will help allievate low back pain and will help make your body stronger. The core muscles are very important for all sports, whether you are an athlete or a weekend warrior.
